Year 7 and 8 Students Take on the Cash Challenge
On Friday 22nd May, Year 7 and 8 students took part in a fantastic collaborative Cash Challenge in the school canteen.
Each team was given a £10 float and challenged to work together to turn their investment into a profit. Using their creativity, teamwork and enterprise skills, students developed a variety of products and ideas to sell throughout the event.
The challenge provided an excellent opportunity for students to apply their problem-solving and communication skills in a real-world setting while learning about budgeting, marketing and entrepreneurship.
It was wonderful to see so many students from other year groups, along with members of staff, visiting the stalls and supporting the teams throughout the morning. The canteen was filled with energy and enthusiasm, creating a fantastic atmosphere from start to finish.
A huge well done to all the students who took part and helped make the event such a success. We look forward to seeing what innovative ideas our young entrepreneurs come up with next
